The Freedom Reset – A Guided Intuitive Healing Experience

Transformational Energy Healing Sessions

A deeply intuitive, personalised healing experience designed to uncover and release the emotional, subconscious and energetic patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Rather than only talking about your story or consciously trying to work out why you feel the way you do, we'll explore what may be sitting beneath the surface — stored emotions, limiting beliefs, past experiences, inherited patterns and survival responses your system may still be carrying.

Using a combination of energy healing, subconscious work, trauma-informed practices, breathwork and intuitive guidance, we'll gently work with what your system is ready to release.

Every session is completely individual.

You might come because you're feeling emotionally heavy, disconnected from yourself, caught in repeating patterns, or simply know there's something deeper you're ready to shift.

Release what you've been carrying. Reconnect with yourself. Create space for what comes next.

I RISE PROGRAM

I RISE is for the woman who knows she's ready for more than a single healing session.

It's a deeper transformational journey designed to help you uncover and release the patterns that have been shaping how you feel, respond, relate and show up in your life — often without you even realising they're there.

Through my Recognise → Release → Reclaim → Rise process, we'll work together to:

RECOGNISE the subconscious beliefs, emotional wounds, survival patterns and behaviours keeping you stuck.

RELEASE what your mind, body and energetic system have been carrying.

RECLAIM the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath years of surviving, pleasing, protecting or simply getting through.

RISE into the woman you're becoming — with greater freedom, confidence, clarity and connection to yourself.

I RISE combines transformational energy healing, subconscious work, trauma-informed practices, breathwork and ongoing support to create change that goes beyond simply understanding why you feel the way you do.

This isn't about endlessly healing your past.

It's about becoming free enough to live your future.

I RISE MASTERS PRACTITIONERS TRAINING PROGRAM

For women who feel called to become a healer — and for practitioners who want to bring a deeper, more intuitive approach into the work they already do.

This comprehensive practitioner training teaches you the I RISE Method — Recognise, Release, Reclaim & Rise — and how to confidently guide others through transformational healing.

You'll learn how to work with emotional and subconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, survival responses and energetic blocks while developing your intuition and your ability to safely hold space for another person's healing.

The training brings together energy healing, subconscious work, trauma-informed principles, breathwork, body-based practices and intuitive guidance within a clear framework you can use with clients.

But this isn't simply about learning another modality.

It's about developing the confidence, intuition and practical skills to become the practitioner you're being called to be.

Whether you're beginning your journey as a healer or adding I RISE to counselling, coaching, Reiki, bodywork or another complementary modality, you'll leave with a framework you can confidently make part of your own practice.
